From the East Coast to the West Coast
Tommy was born in Savannah, Georgia in 1987, graduated from Hilton Head High School in 2005, and went on to earn his degree from Cal State East Bay. The move out west opened the door to a career he never expected.
After college, he became a gymnastics, ninja warrior, and trampoline coach for Stanford University. Coaching is where he learned the patience and step by step instruction that lives at the heart of TechMaid today.
Coming Home to Charleston
Tommy moved back to Charleston two weeks before COVID shut the world down. Suddenly everyone he loved was relying on technology to stay connected, and the gap between the people building it and the people using it had never felt wider.
Why TechMaid was Created
TechMaid started as a tool for Tommy's own family. Every family gathering turned into a tech support session, which he never minded, but he wanted something that would be available to his family 24/7 whenever they needed help.

Life Outside of TechMaid
In his spare time Tommy enjoys flipping around, sports, the beach, traveling, cooking, hiking, and coaching. If it gets him outside or moving, he is in.
He also shares his home with two cats: Sunshine, his blonde adventurer, and Snorelax, the king.
